Leadership Coaching

Throughout my years as an executive coach, I’ve learned that the most important characteristic that drives effective leadership is CONNECTION.

As your coach, we will work on three levels of Connection:

1. Connection with Yourself,
2. Connection with your Team, and
3. Connection with your Organization.

Connection with yourself is the foundation. Are you comfortable in your skin? What is your story? Does your self-perception align with how others perceive you? Have you found your authentic leadership voice?

Connection with your team is how you relate to others. What is your leadership style? Have you gone through a 360 evaluation process to understand your strengths and blind spots? Is your bench strength strong? Do you surround yourself with people who complement your skillset?

Connection with the organization is how well you communicate throughout the company. Do you have a strong communication rhythm? Do your values align with the company values? Do you Model the Way?

By working on these three levels of Connection, we can get you to the next level of leadership.

  • Quite simply, working with Michelle has changed me. Insightful and perceptive, she uncovers the truths that lead to powerful personal transformations. In short, she helps others find – and own – their authentic story. Done with genuine warmth and humility, she coaches from the sidelines but is never afraid to put herself into the ring. What a gift.
