Connection and Alignment with Juan Martin, Global President of KIND Snacks

Kindness can bring us together.

Life can be hard. Many people lose themselves in the day-to-day grind, often unintentionally disconnecting from the world. Living a good, full life is almost impossible if you are not connecting and communicating with others.

Yet, in a society where things move so fast and isolation seems so common, simple acts of kindness can bring people back to life so they are no longer merely surviving, but thriving. Taking the time to be kind to another person and truly connect is remembered, treasured, and shared. It starts a chain reaction that sparks the light inside so many that have dimmed.

Today we have Juan Martin, the Global President of KIND Snacks and Nature’s Bakery, on the podcast. Juan is an executive who epitomes Kindness and Connection as he is genuinely trying to make the world a better place through acts of kindness. Juan believes success is measured by how kind we are to ourselves, each other, and our planet. In this episode, I speak with Juan about how to connect with your people and your organization more effectively.

Juan Martin knows that kindness can be a transformative force for good – encouraging people to step out of their comfort zones and discover each other’s humanity. He advocates for and energizes KIND to challenge the status quo within the food industry and empower our communities to make better, informed choices about health while collaborating with farmers, suppliers, researchers, and nonprofits to minimize our environmental impact and advocate for long-term solutions. By inspiring every day kindness, he and the company he leads as Global President believe we can create a kinder, more empathetic world.
