Michelle uses the CCA in the classroom, in the boardroom, in speeches, and with coaching clients to help leaders, teams, and organizations improve their performance through better communication.
The CCA identifies four habitual connection styles. After answering a series of questions, you will learn about your dominant connection style and its strengths and challenges. When taken with your team, you can learn about your teammates’ different styles, and then develop an action plan to more effectively connect with each other.
After completing the CCA, you will receive immediate results and feedback about your communication preferences.
